Five steps from your first message to goods on a truck. You can stop after any step, and you always know which factory you are dealing with.

1. You send a brief

   Free

   Describe the product, the quantity, where it ships and any target price. Photos, a spec sheet or a link to a similar product help.

   We reply within 24 hours on working days, either with questions or with a written quote for the shortlist.

2. We build your shortlist

   7 working days

   We contact suitable manufacturers in the right regions, request comparable quotes and check each company: trade registry record, certificates, export history and production capacity.

   You receive 3–5 suppliers in one table: unit price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, certificates, photos and our recommendation. Every factory is named.

3. Samples and negotiation

   Usually 1–3 weeks

   We order samples from the suppliers you choose, check them against your brief and forward them to you with notes and photos.

   We negotiate price, payment terms and delivery in Turkish, and make sure the final specification is written into the proforma invoice.

4. Order and production

   Depends on the product

   You sign and pay the factory directly. We follow production, send progress photos and flag problems early.

5. Inspection and shipping

   Before loading

   Before goods leave the factory we inspect a sample of the finished order against the approved specification and send you a written report with photos. You decide whether the goods ship.

   We coordinate with the factory and your freight forwarder on export documents.
