Three fees, agreed in writing before we start. We are paid by you, not by the factory, so our recommendation is never for sale.
Every brief is different, so we send a fixed written quote for each service after reading yours. Sending a brief is free.

| Factory visit or inspection | Quoted per brief | On-site audit before you order, or a pre-shipment inspection with a written report and photos. |
What is not included
- The cost of the goods, which you pay to the factory directly
- Samples and their courier costs, charged at cost
- Freight, insurance, duties and taxes in your country
Why a fee, not a hidden margin
Many agents are paid a commission by the factory. That makes the service look free, but it means the agent earns more when you pay more. We would rather show you our price and work only for you.
