Who we are

These terms apply to the sourcing services of SourceFromTurkey, an independent sourcing practice based in Türkiye. You can reach us through the contact form.

Our role

We act as a sourcing agent. We identify, assess and communicate with manufacturers for you. The purchase contract for goods is between you and the manufacturer, and you pay the manufacturer directly. We are not the seller of the goods.

Quotes and fees

Each engagement starts with a written quote for our fees. Work begins once you accept it. Our current fees are published on the pricing page.

Specialists we bring in

Some jobs need independent inspectors, engineers or freight forwarders. We tell you who will be involved and what it costs before they start, and they work under the same confidentiality as we do.

Our responsibility

We check suppliers carefully and report honestly what we find, but we cannot guarantee a manufacturer’s performance. Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Confidentiality

We treat your product designs and specifications as confidential and share them only with manufacturers needed for your request. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement and ask manufacturers to sign one too.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are settled by the competent Turkish courts, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
